What is Release Recover Discover all about?

RELEASE RECOVER DISCOVER EXPLAINED

RRD is a simple yet powerful technique that helps your body release tension from past stress and trauma. Think of your body as a “Stress Bucket.” Every stressful situation adds weight to your Bucket. In truth, without a way to release that stress, your Bucket eventually overflows—often when you least expect it and with consequences to your health and well-being.

Discover your Big TAP:

On the positive side, the RRD teaches you how to turn on the “Big Tap” of your Stress Bucket in order that you can safely and gradually release the pressure. By doing so, you can prevent the build-up of tension that disrupts your physical, mental, and emotional health.

 

 

HOW RELEASE RECOVER DISCOVER WORKS

RRD works by activating the psoas muscle, located deep in your core.   In brief, if you were not aware it is where your fears and emotions are stored. This muscle is your body’s fight/flight centre in effect. The technique we teach triggers a natural tremor or shaking response, to release tension. While this may sound unusual, it’s unquestionably a deeply empowering and healing process.

Natural and Innate:

It is important to realise that it is your body’s natural way of releasing the tension that accumulates in your muscle memory from past stress and trauma.  It is a fact that over time, tension causes physical, mental, and emotional imbalances.  Whilst birth is our first trauma, this tension continues to build up from everyday situations like preparing for exams, taking a driving test, navigating relationships, or feeling overwhelmed.

What makes our RRD Programme unique and popular is that in the first place, you do not have to talk about what’s bothering you.  It is our experience that you cannot talk about a problem you do not remember. In the second place, when time is of the essence it does not take much of your time either. Whilst learning you only need a little more than an hour a week.  In the third place, no appointments are necessary.  Finally, you practice in the comfort of your own home in your own time. Most important you have our support anytime.
