Our Schools Mission

Inspiring the next generation to live free from the weight of stress and past trauma

Children and young people are carrying growing levels of stress, anxiety and emotional pressure. Many do not understand why they feel overwhelmed, angry, withdrawn or unable to cope.

Release Recover Discover CIC gives young people a simple, practical way to release tension from their bodies, feel calmer and build greater trust in themselves.

Through school partnerships, we train staff to deliver our four session programme safely and confidently, creating support that can continue long after the first course ends.

When students learn to Release they start to live a happier stress free life.

Why Young People Need Support

Stress does not only affect how young people feel. It can affect their sleep, confidence, behaviour, relationships, learning and physical health.

Schools are seeing more pupils struggle with anxiety, low self esteem, anger, low mood, self harm and difficulty taking part in learning. Staff also carry the pressure of trying to support growing needs with limited time and resources.

Young people need more than help when they reach crisis point. They need a practical tool they can use throughout life.

A survey carried out by Place2Be and the National Association of Head Teachers in February 2022 found that the key areas of concern amongst pupils were:-

    Staff noted  including:

    • 86% increase in low self-esteem
    • 76% increase in depression
    • 68% increase in sustained feelings of anger.

Secondary schools staff noticed in pupils:

    • 72%  increase in self-harm

1 in 6 young people have a diagnosable mental health problem, many of whom carry their mental health issues through to adulthood.

Service providers and specialist care agencies are overstretched, and treatment for those who need it is almost impossible to obtain.’

The wider impact on many aspects of school life negatively affected:

    •    pupils’ ability to engage in learning (91%)
    •    pupils’ behaviour (87%)
    •    pupils’ progress (86%)
    •    staff workload and capacity (91%)
    •    staff wellbeing (89%)

It is for these very reasons that action needs to be taken.  We are working with schools to share a sustainable, practical, cost-effective solution that empowers children and young people to discover they can enjoy life without suffering.

Together we can make a difference and empower students with a Life-Tool and a Tool for Life

    OurSchools Mission

We understand that when faced with limited options for managing the effects of stress, overwhelm, and trauma, physical, mental, and emotional health can spiral downwards. Our mission is to change that. We offer a simple, natural, and easy-to-learn physical practice that empowers young people to take control of their well-being. With proven results, we are dedicated to:

      • Empowering 1 million teenagers in 2,000  schools
      • Finding 5,000 adults who are ready to inspire the next generation
      • Training school leaders and gifting licences to deliver our programme to students

Together, we are creating a healthier, more resilient future for our young people.

    Our Services

    What arethe Benefits?

Our Programme in Schools will empower students with a Life-Tool and a Tool for Life that will positively impact their well-being.  This can only enhance and improve their relationships with families, friends, and peers. Now and in the future.

      How it works

      OurYouth Challenge

Today’s youth are facing levels of stress and trauma that were unimaginable when we were growing up. Our world is evolving at a rapid pace – from environmental changes to the rise of technology and the pressures of modern life. It’s no wonder that we’re seeing a surge in both mental and physical health challenges among young people.

As much as we want to shield them from these struggles, the reality is we can’t always protect them in the ways we wish. However, we can offer them something even more powerful: the tools to recover and thrive, rather than suffer. By guiding them to understand and release their stress and trauma, we can equip them with the resilience to face life’s challenges head-on.

At RRD CIC, we believe in empowering the next generation to not just survive, but to truly heal and flourish.

What do they gain on completion of the course?

      TheBig Gains

With our partner schools around the UK we aim to train two Facilitators to deliver a 4 session course that empowers all the youth in the school to embrace their natural ability to Release the tension from their core.

      Z

      A power tool to Recover

In this world of change we have proven we cannot protect them.  However when they release they have a power-tool to Recover and embrace the changes ahead.

        Z

        Recovery Inspiration

The youth can be inspired by their parents, teachers and their communities on a path to Recover and and not on how to Suffer.  This gives adult suffering purpose as we Release we can Recover from what we thought we will always Suffer.

          Z

          Equipped for the Future

On completion of the course and embracing the natural practice their youth can be enjoyed more, resilience can be built and enthusiasm for life is won as we support each other by Releasing together.

Be an Inspiration for the Next Generation

Every programme purchased helps fund facilitator training in schools, giving young people a life tool to release stress, build resilience, and feel more in control of their lives.
