Help Us Give the Next Generation a Tool for Life

Release Recover Discover CIC has a clear mission, to empower and inspire one million young people to understand stress, release tension from their body and build greater resilience for life.

A MISSION WORTH SHARING

The challenge is bigger than one organisation

Young people are carrying more than we can see

Stress can affect how a young person sleeps, learns, behaves, connects with others and copes with everyday life.

Too often, support begins only after that young person reaches crisis.

We want to change that.

Our Youth Mission focuses on giving young people understanding and practical tools earlier, so they can recognise what is happening within their body and know what they can do to help themselves.

Every partnership helps us move from responding to problems towards helping prevent them.

Train Facilitators

Help us train suitable adults within schools and communities so that young people have ongoing access to the Release Recover Discover approach.

Reach More Young People

Support delivery in schools and communities where funding may otherwise prevent young people from taking part.

Provide Resources

Help fund education, programme materials and resources that young people and those supporting them can continue to use.

Build a Sustainable Model

Help us create something that lasts beyond a single workshop, project or funding cycle.

This is not about delivering one session and walking away.

We want to leave knowledge and skills within the communities we serve, creating a growing network of adults who can become an Inspiration for the Next Generation.

That point is especially important because it separates RRD from the many organisations offering one off wellbeing sessions.

DIFFERENT WAYS TO WORK WITH US

Partnership can take many forms

Corporate Partners

Align your organisation with a social mission that focuses on prevention, wellbeing and the next generation.

Your organisation could sponsor a school, fund facilitator training, support a local project or contribute towards wider expansion of the Youth Mission.

Trusts, Foundations and Grant Funders

Funding can help us extend delivery, develop resources, train facilitators and reach young people who might otherwise miss out.

We welcome conversations with funders whose aims include young people’s wellbeing, education, early intervention, community development or reducing health inequalities.

Community and Strategic Partners

We want to work alongside organisations already trusted within their communities.

Schools, charities, councils, youth organisations, health services and community groups can help us identify need, develop local delivery and reach the people who will benefit most.

Individual Sponsors and Supporters

You do not need to represent a large organisation to make a difference.

Individuals can support our mission through sponsorship, fundraising, introductions or by helping us open doors into schools, businesses and communities.

Turn your support into action

Sponsor a School

Help bring Release Recover Discover into a school and begin creating access for its young people.

Sponsor Facilitator Training

Help train an adult who can continue supporting young people long after the original funding has been spent.

Sponsor a Community

Help us extend the programme beyond one school and build a wider local network of support.

Sponsor the Wider Mission

Support the development and expansion needed to reach young people nationally and internationally.

WHY PARTNER WITH RRD?

More than sponsorship. A chance to create lasting change.

Prevention, not simply crisis response

We want young people to have tools before stress becomes an adult struggle.

A practical approach

Young people learn something they can actively use, rather than simply being told how they should feel.

A sustainable model

Training adults within schools and communities helps ensure knowledge remains where it is needed.

Evidence and experience

Our work has developed through years of practical delivery and measured outcomes.

A mission with scale

Our goal is to empower and inspire one million young people to Release Recover Discover.

Built on experience. Driven by impact.

Release Recover Discover did not begin as an idea on paper.

It grew from years of working with adults experiencing the physical, mental and emotional effects of stress and trauma.

Our programme has produced measurable improvements in wellbeing, alongside powerful individual stories of change.

Now we want to take what adults often tell us they wish they had learned years earlier, and place it into the hands of the next generation.

THE RIPPLE EFFECT

One partnership can reach far beyond one young person

A facilitator supports young people.

Those young people take their knowledge home.

Families begin to understand stress differently.

Schools gain another practical wellbeing resource.

Communities become better equipped to support themselves.

And young people carry what they have learned into adulthood.

That is how one act of support can create a ripple that lasts for generations.

‘The next generation should not have to spend adulthood recovering from what happened in childhood.’

For years I have worked with adults who have carried the effects of stress and trauma for decades.

Again and again I have thought the same thing:

‘What if they had understood this when they were young?’

That question sits at the heart of our Youth Mission. We now have an opportunity to give young people knowledge that many adults only discover after years of struggling.

With the right partners beside us, we can take that opportunity much further.

Every partnership begins with a conversation.

Let us discover what we could achieve together.

‘Not sure how you could help?

Tell us a little about you or your organisation and we will explore the possibilities together.
