Health Anxiety and Eczema

Although my initial tuition was via zoom, I felt relaxed and safe; I have ongoing support as I need it. 

I have suffered for many years from health anxiety, I have tried many things, but the fear just would not leave.

I now can honestly say after just my first two sessions, I felt my anxiety lift. Also, my eczema, which I have had since birth, has never been so good.
